In Psalm 139:13-16, David describes how he was made by God.

In my own words:

God, who embroidered my DNA, has woven me in my mother's womb, in a secret place, He has known me from the first cell division, when I was just a shapeless clump of cells. He designed and knitted me in my mother's belly, as it were. Each of us with His own design. In fact, he knows all the days that I will be here on this earth. He cares. He loves.

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
